Hands-on
Activities
Make real things — a song about your week, a site about your obsession, you as a legend.
A song about your week
Five things that happened to you → a real, produced song with a chorus. Yours.
You'll use: A chatbot + Suno
- 1Tell a chatbot five things that happened this week and the mood you want.
- 2Ask it to turn them into song lyrics with a chorus that repeats.
- 3Paste the lyrics into Suno, pick a style (lo-fi, pop-punk, whatever's you), and generate.
- 4Regenerate until a version gives you chills, then share it.
Starter prompt
Here are five things from my week: [list them]. Write song lyrics about them — verses plus a chorus that repeats — in a [mood] style. Keep it honest, not cheesy.
A one-page site about your obsession
The thing you could talk about for hours — build a real, live web page about it this afternoon.
You'll use: Lovable or v0 (vibe coding)
- 1Pick the thing you love most. Sharks, a band, a sport, a game — anything.
- 2In Lovable, describe the page: what's on it, the vibe, the colours.
- 3Let it build the first version, then talk to it to fix and improve — one change at a time.
- 4Publish it. Send the live link to someone. That's a real thing you made.
Starter prompt
Build a clean, one-page website about [your obsession]. Include a bold title, three sections about why it's amazing, and one fun interactive bit. Make it feel [the vibe you want].
Turn yourself into a character
Become a hero, a creature, a legend — from one sentence describing yourself.
You'll use: An image tool (then a video tool, if you're feeling it)
- 1Describe yourself as a character: hero, creature, anime, whatever you'd want to be.
- 2Generate it, then refine the prompt until it's unmistakably you-as-legend.
- 3Bonus: feed the image to a video tool and bring your character to life for a few seconds.
Starter prompt
A character portrait of me as [a hero / creature / etc.]: [describe your look, vibe, and powers]. Cinematic, detailed, awe-inspiring.
Let the AI interview YOU
Flip it around. Let it ask the questions — and watch it find a project you'd actually love to build.
You'll use: A chatbot
- 1Ask it to interview you — ten short questions about what you love and what bugs you.
- 2Answer honestly, like a real conversation.
- 3Then ask it to suggest three things you'd genuinely enjoy building this week, based on your answers.
Starter prompt
Interview me. Ask me ten short questions, one at a time, about what I love, what I'm curious about, and what annoys me. After I answer, suggest three projects I'd actually enjoy building.
Make it teach you something in 5 minutes
Something you've always wondered about — understood, properly, before your tea goes cold.
You'll use: A chatbot
- 1Pick something you've always quietly wondered about. How do black holes work? Why is the sky blue?
- 2Ask it to explain at your level, with one good analogy.
- 3Then ask it to quiz you with three questions — and see what actually stuck.
Starter prompt
Explain [the thing you wonder about] at a level a curious teenager would get, using one great analogy. Then quiz me with three questions to check I understood.

Build an AI presenter
Pick a character, give it a line, choose a vibe. What you get is the exact recipe that would generate it — the same way every face on this site was made.
1 · Character
2 · Its line
3 · Vibe
